Terms and Conditions of Service
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as your order will be made as soon as we receive it. You agree to pay the full amount of the order on or prior to delivery, this is non-refundable and once payment has been made via on-line methods it is final. You agree that you have checked your order prior to making it, that it is correct, as it will be made as soon as we receive the order. Cafe Masala will try to deliver your order as soon as it has been made. We only offer delivery within our specified radius and our system will give the appropriate delivery options at checkout. For further details please contact Cafe Masala. All promotional offers available can be withdrawn at any time and are correct at time of print. Cafe Masala will aim to have your food delivered in approximately 45 Minutes, however during busy periods it can take longer so please bear with us. Please note if you do not receive a confirmation of your order or your order takes too long it is your responsibility to contact us to inform us of this.
How We Use Your Information.
We use the information that we collect about you solely to provide communication with you via phone or email (if you have subscribed to our newsletters) and to order food online using our online ordering systems. We won’t share your information with any third-party service.
Emails & Email Marketing
If you have subscribed to our newsletter service, we may send you newsletters from time to time to inform you of any new promotions we may have. You have the right to unsubscribe from these at any time as each newsletter we send will have an UNSUBSCRIBE link.
